Avenue5 Residential is currently seeking an entry level Accountant to join its dynamic and growing team! This is an immediate opportunity to be a part of an amazing team of hardworking and fun individuals! What does it take to be an Avenue5 employee? First and foremost, a willingness to provide excellent customer service to both the tenants and fellow team members.
This position is responsible for the AP, AR, bank reconciliation and financial reporting of multiple apartment buildings.
Minimum Qualifications:
Associates degree in accounting or equivalent work experience
Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of general accounting and GAAP concepts
Experience in real estate or property management a plus
