Journeyman Flooring Installer in Seattle, Washington

We are a small start up Installer Company with only a few employees on the books at the moment and we are looking for 1 maybe 2 Journeyman Installers or people with relevant experience. At the moment we work mainly in commercial buildings with soft good commercial products and sometimes hardwood. 
Examples of materials are;
Carpet Tile
Linoleum
Sheet Vinyl
VCT
LVT ect... (no residential installations!) 
*Heat Welding and Flash Cove experience a plus!
As an applicant you must have at least 4 years of relevant training, schooling, or on the job experience. Please do not bring any bad habits and be prepared to learn new and different ways of application. 
You must be on time everyday and be prepared to work a 40 hours a week but 40 hours will not be promised. We work on a job by job basis and there can be down times. You must also have your own reliable transportation and be willing to travel inside of Oregon and Washington, there is some paid drive time after 50 miles(*exclusions apply) and Per Diem.
You must be clean, friendly, and respectful. Most of or work is done in Big Box Stores, Hospitals, Nursing Homes, and other Medical Facilities. Work is flexible and often done on nights and weekends when those facilities are closed. Please don't apply if you can not work those hours!
We work in a fast paced environment, that means we put an emphasis on production but not at the cost of quality! Deadlines do need to be met and there is an opportunity for bonuses if a job comes together quick and without a punch list.
This is a finish trade so attention to detail is a must!
