Established Real Estate Company Principal is currently seeking a personal assistant/bookkeeper, preferably with an accounting degree.
Candidate must have previously experience.  We are a small firm and have a comfortable working environment.  Often times you will need to wear a plethora of hats, being able to be self-motivated and multi task is a must.
Skill Requirements:
Must have at least 3-5 years? experience in these following areas;
Current QuickBooks Experience QuickBooks Pro / Premier xxxx, xxxx, or xxxx
Proficient skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Spreadsheets, Word & Outlook)
Preparing correspondence to IRS and various tax authorities notices
Multi-task and prioritize responsibilities with a high attention to detail                                                                
Be a troubleshooter - Resourcefulness to improvise and creatively solve problems
 
Qualifications:
Friendly, Up-beat, Focused Can-Do Attitude                                                                                                                   
Must be able to multi task; switch easily during the day between clients and tasks.
Maintain all client / company information in a confidential manner with a high level of work integrity and ethical standards
Take initiative, self-motivated, self-trainable, ability to work independently
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail, high degree of accuracy                                             
Must be able to finish jobs in a timely manner                                          
 
About The Position:
Troubleshoot / Setup / Cleanup QuickBooks files
Job Costing / Payroll / Quarterly / Excise Reports
Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable Data Entry and Reconciliation                                             
Schedule Reservations, collect data and be a support person
Experience with multiple related but separate business entities.
Support VP of Marketing with bulk mailings & lists; internet searches.
Answer phones, order supplies.
Maintain worksheets for property maintenance schedules and to track ongoing construction/renovation.
 
Schedule and Dress:
20-24 hours per week over three to four 4 day period Monday thru Thursday
Work schedule can be adjusted to accommodate personal schedule
Compensation is based on experience and qualifications                                                       
We are located in downtown Seattle this is a professional working environment
